Billie Eilish Runs Off Stage In Tears During Italy Concert
Singer Billie Eilish was left holding back tears after injuring her ankle during her show at Italy’s Milano Rocks music festival.
Known for her high-energy performances, the Gen-Z icon was going wild on stage as she sang her mega-hit "Bad Guy" when she landed awkwardly on her ankle and sprained it.
Forced to sit down for the rest of the performance, a devastated Billie told the crowd: "Dude, I sprained my ankle immediately. That's so embarrassing. Ugh and dude I sprained this one like a month ago. This sh*t hurts."
"It's so stupid because I'm like choked up right now because I rather not do a show than do a crappy version for you. Like I just want to give you a good show, like I can't," an emotional Billie said.
It comes just a few weeks after the 17-year-old had injured her foot after she fell down the stairs ahead of one of her shows in Los Angeles.
Ever the trooper, the young star continued with her set -- until the pain became too much for her to handle, with festivalgoers revealing Eilish became teary and was forced to leave the stage.
"Oh, this is so trash. This is literally a nightmare for real. I can't do this. I'm sorry, bro," she said before being carried off stage.
She's since continued her European shows with the help of a moon boot.
According to Billie, injuries are not uncommon for her, with the teen telling Metro News back in April, “I gave up a lot of healthy working limbs.”
She added, “My whole life, I have been prone to injuries. It is so bad, even since I was little.”
Feel better soon, Billie!
